CSR director Isaac Weiner spoke at the recent Religious Diversity Leadership Summit, a national conference on religious diversity in the workplace, sponsored by the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding. He was part of the opening panel focusing on the history of religion at work. The video of the talk is here (with captions).

During his presentation Weiner said, "We need to do better at talking about our responsibilities, values and collective commitments to one another. Religion [in the workplace] should be the start of a conversation. We need to ask, 'how can we build a society where we can talk about solutions that are mutually beneficial to everyone?'”

His presentation was based on a broader workplace initiative currently under development through the Center for the Study of Religion. Find more about CSR initiatives here.
